Well, thanksgiving to New Year is the holiday season, so don´t expect to hear much from cic, it will be very slow as expected as most of the employees will be with their families and friends...

This thanksgiving is a holiday in United States not in Canada. Therefore I would assume that CICs in States would not be working but I don´t see why CIC in Canada and other countries would not be working.
