Freinds,
I´m in Uk and planning to come on student visa to Canada.Please can any one help me what would be the better placeto apply for the PR.
would it be better for me to first apply from Uk for PR and than come to canada
OR
I apply after coming to canada from baffalo
Which would be faster
I will be thankful for the replies.

I have already mentioned that Iam coming to canada on student visa.

It will take more or less 2-2.5 years to get immigration, if fact Londone is slower than Buffalo

If you come to Canada you cannot apply to Buffalo unless you have been in Canada for more then 1 year.
So in that case London looks good... but then if they ask for an interview you will have to coordinate with the London office.
If you decide to wait for a year and apply to Buffalo then its your choice... As far as I know Buffalo office is taking approx 15-18 months or so these days...
So it your call... Do you want to wait for 12 months and then go for buffalo... OR you want to apply to London and get it done in say 20-24 months...
