Subject: Parents Sponsorship
Hi i will be pleased if anyone can help me regarding the sponsorship case for parents and dependent. Actually i filed my parents case in year 2003 August they got medical done and we already recd a letter for interview due in feb 2006. My main concern is that my brother is overaged but still he is studying. As the CHC (NEW DELHI) asked for all original certificates of college , passport & PCC. We had already submitted these documents but i am in a query what kind of questions will they be asking to my mother & brother in an interview & how much chances are there for the case to be accepted & refused. If anyone has pass through this kind of situation or interview before plz share your suggestions & some tips with me. I will aprreciate it.

HI RANDY

DURING INTERVIEW THE VISA OFFICER WILL CONCENTRATE MORE ON UR BROTHER,RATHER THAN UR PARENTS,THEY WILL ASK ABOUT HIS YEARS OF STUDY.MEANS WHETHER HE IS A REGULAR STUDENT AND HAD NOT FAILED TWICE/THRICE IN ONE CLASS,AND HE IS FINANCIALLY DEPENDENT ON PARENTS.NOT TO WORRY MUCH.INTERVIEW IS JUST A FORMALITY.MOST OF THE FAMILY CASES(PARENTS) ARE FACING INTERVIEWS THESE DAYS.SO RELAX......
RANDY,I HAD ALSO SPONSORED MY PARENTS & BROTHER IN AUGUST 2004.I AM FROM PUNJAB,FROM WHERE R U? AND CAN U TELL ME WHEN UR FILE WAS TRANFERED TO CHC DELHI? AND DID THE EMBASSY HAS ASKED THE MARRIAGE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF UR PARENTS??
I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO U,IF U PLZ ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS.THANX.
KEEP IN TOUCH.....

Chahahl.
