For anyone that´s interested, we in Toronto are having our first snowfall of the season. Earlier than normal, but expected given the predictions of a long, cold winter this year.

the only solution for Canada to become warmer is to switch back to Fahrenheit ;-))) instead of -10 now we would have +14

we have snow on the mountains- exactly where it is supposed to be. The ski hills are now open. I suspect there will be a few people calling in sick tomorrow.

Actually, I don´t mind the snow at all - it looks really beautiful when it´s all so white outside.
Of course it helps that I work from home ;)

it is lovely wehn it is all white. Sadly, in Vancouver it turns brown and slushy in about 6 hours. What you end up with is sloppy, wet, slippery goop that nobody knows how to drive in. Not a pretty picture.
I would love sunny cold crips days with white stuff that stayed that ways for weeks on end. But like I say... not today. Better day for golf.
